Refund policy

All sales are final. PECO Surplus sells new, unused surplus heavy equipment parts to commercial buyers. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of shipping damage or incorrect items shipped due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at peco-bri-parts@power-equip.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
